Don’t Make Your Bed! Your Health Depends On It

I always thought that making your bed in the morning is a terrible idea. Most of us have been taught by our parents or grandparents to make our beds as soon as we wake up. And we better had no excuse for not making it.

But we do have an excuse now! Thank you, science, for backing me up. It doesn’t mean you’re lazy if you don’t start your day making your bed. It only means you know what’s good for you.
