Or something like that. We know it’s hard to find a break during our busy days to take a power nap, but maybe we should when we have the chance to. No wonder they’re called power naps – it’s because they’re super powerful and can help you feel refreshed! So how can naps change your life?
Apparently, the most brilliant minds like Einstein or Da Vinci took daily naps. We know for sure they weren’t working a 9 to 5 schedule, but still. Maybe we could try it over the weekends.
