No matter what they say, kindness is not overrated. It could never be, regardless of the world we live in.
Studies show in fact that the kinder and nicer a person is to you, the more attractive and beautiful they’ll appear. In that sense, the physical aspect is only an extension of how we are inside.
It’s true that in the age of selfies, we put more emphasis sometimes on how we look, but who we are we’ll keep us beautiful long-term. Age won’t matter when we treat the people around us with love and care.
Needless to say, the number of likes on our selfies won’t make a difference either. It’s about being nice on a daily basis.
