1. They are conscientious
As you would expect, people who wake up early in the morning are more diligent and responsible, more focused on reaching those goals and completing their daily duties. The study showed larks scored higher on the thorough scale than night owls.

2. They are reserved
Getting up early in the morning does not mean necessarily more alone time but definitely no happy hours either. Larks tend to be quieter and a bit introverted, but that works towards their advantage. They are more centered on self-improvement and less likely to indulge in an addictive behavior.

3. They are cordial
Compared to night people, morning people are kind and agreeable. Though it sounds worse than it actually is, night people are part of the ‘dark triad’ of personality traits: psychopathy, narcissism and Machiavellianism. It’s not that morning people are better human beings, they just reflect upon things and focus more on their self development.
Be a proud lark and share this with all your fellow morning people!
