1. They enjoy playing the victim
Nothing bad that happens is ever their fault. They dodge responsibility any chance they get and they consider themselves to be beyond reproach.

2. They judge everyone around them
If you notice that you tend to walk on eggshells around these people, it’s because you know that they will jump at any opportunity to criticize you. No matter what you do, it’s never going to be good enough for them.

3. They always want to be the center of attention
They are not comfortable unless they are the center of everybody’s attention and they will stop at nothing to get there. If they can’t, they will throw a tantrum in order to redirect the focus on them.
4. The only priority they have is themselves
They don’t respect anybody, since in their mind, they are the only ones entitled to praise and consideration. They will prove their lack of interest for the people around them any chance they’ll get.
5. They are obsessed with their own image
You would think that having no respect for the others, they wouldn’t care what they think about them. But they do and they will do everything in their power to project an image of perfection. They will talk endlessly about their achievements and if they don’t have any, they will invent them.

6. They will verbally abuse you
In order to make themselves feel better, they will put everybody down. They will mock every little flaw you have and laugh at you for the most insignificant mistake you make. They love gossip and they will broadcast every piece of information about you.
7. They will flaunt their materialistic possessions
In order to create the image of a successful person, they will exhibit an expensive lifestyle. And of course, they will look down on anyone who can’t afford it. They see pricey objects as badges that attest their worth.
