1. Show your body some kindness

Remember that your body is there for you every single second of your life. 3. Pamper your body from time to time

Express your gratitude not only with words, but also with actions. Treat your body with a long bath, a relaxing message or a yoga session. These little thing will not only make you feel better in the moment, but in time they will change your attitude towards your body.
