Reading is one of the most relaxing and beneficial activity for our minds. It allows your brain to make connections and it keeps it sharp. try reading something for about half an hour each evening. You’ll see how much better and accomplished you’ll feel.

Brain games are awesome. They stimulate your mind a lot and they also force you to look at problems from a different angle. Which is exactly what you need to start creating something from scratch.
