3. Hayden Christensen
You may remember him from ‘Star Wars’ Episode II and III where he played ‘Anakin Skywalker’ but since 2005 we haven’t actually seen him on the big screen. He bought a farm back in his homeland Canada for his family where he’s now working the land. Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey used to live in a trailer even after he made it big in Hollywood. The actor prefers a minimalist lifestyle over a big house which demands a lot of work and energy.
